Provencal casserole with mushrooms

For the recipe you will need:
low-fat cottage cheese – 250g
semi-fat cottage cheese – 250g
cheese (grated) – 150g
mushroom soup powder – 2 tbsp.
egg (whipped) – 3 pcs.
butter – 30g
onion – 1 pc.
mushrooms – 500g
salt and black pepper – to taste

To cook Provencal casserole with mushrooms, you need:

In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, cheese, beaten eggs, mushroom soup powder until smooth. In a large frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onion in it until half cooked. Add mushrooms and fry together with onions for about 8 minutes. Put the fried mushrooms with onions in the curd mass and mix everything together thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste (salt should be put a little, because the soup powder is quite salty).

We heat the oven to medium temperature. Lightly grease the baking sheet, spread the mixture and bake for 40-50 minutes or until done.
