Cauliflower casserole Provencal

For the recipe you will need:
cauliflower – 1 pc.
potatoes – 3 pcs.
egg – 4 pcs.
milk – 1 glass
fatty cottage cheese – 150g
sour cream – 80g
salt and black pepper – to taste
cheese (grated) – 100g
margarine
semolina.
To prepare Cauliflower Casserole “Provencal” you need:

Boil potatoes. Separate the cauliflower into florets. Put it in a saucepan and fill it with water to cover it. Bring to a boil, cook until half cooked. Remove from heat, strain water and mash until smooth.

Add milk, eggs and mix well. We put cottage cheese and sour cream, salt, pepper and beat everything into a homogeneous mass.

We heat the oven to medium temperature. Lubricate the baking sheet, sprinkle with semolina, spread the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. We bake 55 min.
