Pilaf with squid and radish
For the recipe you will need:
squid (fillet or carcass) – 500g
rice – 2 cups
onion – 2 pcs.
carrots – 1 pc.
radish – 1 pc.
sweet pepper – 1 pc.
vegetable oil – 1/2 cup
salt – to taste.
To cook Pilaf with squid and radish you need:
Rinse rice and cook until tender. Drain in a colander and let the water drain.
Peel the squids, rinse and boil for 3 minutes in salted water. Cut boiled squid into thin strips.
Cut the onion into rings, carrots, radish, pepper – into thin strips. Fry the onion in hot oil first until light brown, then the rest of the vegetables. Add squid and cook for 1 more minute.
Transfer the boiled rice to the pan with squid, salt to taste and mix gently.
When the rice warms up, transfer the pilaf with squid and radish to a dish, garnish with lemon.
