Pilaf with beans and trout

For the recipe you will need:
rice – 2 cups
red beans (dried) – 2 cups
trout (fillet) – 700g
melted butter – 1 cup
parsley (greens) – 1 bunch
salt – to taste.
To cook Pilaf with beans and trout you need:

Soak the beans in cold water overnight, drain the water, rinse, add fresh water and cook until tender.

Rinse rice, cook in salted water until half cooked.

Cut the trout fillet into pieces, salt, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and leave for 1 hour.

In a cauldron, melt half the norm of melted butter, add rice and beans. Put the trout on top, pour over the remaining heated oil and close the lid. Cook over low heat until the rice and fish are done.

Put pilaf with beans on a dish, put pieces of fish on top and decorate with herbs.
