Fish pilaf

For the recipe you will need:
white fish (perch or cod fillet) – 400-500g
butter – 50-70g
carrots – 1 pc.
onion – 1 pc.
tomato paste – 2-3 tbsp.
spices – to taste
salt – to taste
rice – 1.5 cups
water – 1 glass
green onion – to taste.
To cook fish pilaf you need:

Cut the white fish fillet into small pieces and quickly fry in butter until a crust forms. Add grated carrots and thinly sliced ​​onions to the saucepan. Add tomato paste, spices to taste and mix gently.

Pour the rice on top, mix gently with the fish and pour in the water. Let the water boil, then reduce the heat and cook under the lid over low heat until the rice is cooked.

Sprinkle the finished pilaf with white fish with finely chopped green onions, mix and leave under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
