Pilaf with squid and mushrooms

For the recipe you will need:

squid – 4 pcs.
brown rice – 1.5 cups
champignons (fresh or frozen) – 200g
water – 500 ml
spices – to taste
vegetable oil for frying.
To cook Pilaf with squid and mushrooms, you need:

Turn the multicooker into the Baking mode. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add grated carrots and finely chopped onions. Cook 15 minutes.

Add sliced ​​mushrooms (fresh or frozen) and fry for 5-10 minutes. Pour brown rice, pour water, cook in Pilaf mode until tender. When rice is ready, add spices and stir.

While the rice is cooking, rinse the squids, remove the films, remove the chord and fins and boil in boiling water for 5 minutes. Cut boiled squid into thin strips and mix with rice.
