Egg rice

According to this recipe, you can cook a wonderful dish for a side dish or as a main dish – delicious rice with an egg.

Rice, buckwheat and many other cereals can, of course, be cooked as a side dish and just like that – without any additives. But sometimes you want to somehow diversify the usual variations, and so as not to be too zealous, but to bring something new to the recipe. An easy way when it comes to cereals is to add an egg. So, for example, the usual rice with an egg begins to play with new flavors, and hardly much more effort is spent on its preparation – just a little bit!

Rice with egg can be served as a side dish or an independent dish, it is suitable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

After cooking you will get 4 servings
Cooking time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:

egg, 2pcs
rice, 1 cup
water, 2 glasses
vegetable oil
salt
HOW TO COOK RICE WITH EGG:
Boil rice in the usual way: rinse it, pour it into a saucepan, pour water over it, bring it to readiness, if there is water left, put it in a colander.
