Buckwheat with stew in a slow cooker

INGREDIENTS:

water, 4 cups (hot)
buckwheat, 2 cups
stew, 6 tablespoons
vegetable oil, 50ml
bulb, 1pc
carrot, 1pc
bay leaf, 1pc
pepper
salt
HOW TO COOK BUCKWHEAT WITH stew in a slow cooker:

Rinse, peel the vegetables and chop finely, you can rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
Put the onion with carrots in a multicooker bowl with oil heated in the “Frying” mode, fry, stirring, until soft.

Rinse the buckwheat, put it in a bowl with vegetables, fry for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Next, put the stew in the bowl with the products, mix, pepper and salt, mix again, put the laurel, pour in hot water, mix everything and turn on the “Stew” or “Groats” mode (also, it can be called “Buckwheat”).

Cook buckwheat with stew in a slow cooker for about 25-30 minutes.
