Chinese egg rice

rice, 1.5 cups (basmati, etc.)
egg, 3pcs
green onions, 3 stalks
garlic, 2 cloves
peas, 130 (green frozen)
vegetable oil, 3 tbsp.
soy sauce, 1 tbsp.
pepper
salt
HOW TO COOK RICE WITH CHINESE EGG:

Boil rice until fluffy and cooked.
Defrost green peas, chop the garlic very finely, chop the green onion.

Break the eggs into a bowl, beat with a fork, pepper and salt.

In a frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, put the garlic, fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring, pour in the eggs, stirring, fry them for 1-2 minutes until they grab, add green peas, simmer for another 2-3 minutes, remove the food from the pan.

In another pan, heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, heat well, add boiled rice, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring, pour in soy sauce, add vegetables prepared in another pan with an egg, stew together for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
