Grilled scallop and wild garlic salad with anchovy dressing

For the recipe you will need:
scallops – 16 pcs.
olive oil – to taste
salt – to taste
black pepper (ground) – to taste
hawthorn (leaves) – 1 bunch
dandelion (leaves) – 1 bunch
filling:

anchovy (fillet) – 10 pcs.
lemon (juice) – 1 pc.
wild garlic (greens) – 2 tbsp.
rosemary (fresh) – 2 tbsp
olive oil – 5 tbsp.
To prepare Grilled Scallop and Wild Garlic Salad with Anchovy Dressing:

Grind anchovy fillets with lemon juice in a mortar. Finely chop the wild garlic and rosemary. Mix the prepared ingredients, add a little olive oil and mix the sauce well.

Drizzle the scallops with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Fry the scallops on a preheated grill until browned for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.

Combine hawthorn and dandelion leaves, pour over lemon juice and mix. Add scallops, dress salad with anchovy dressing and serve.
