Battery Scallop Salad with artichokes

For the recipe you will need:
sea ​​scallops – 8 pcs.
parmesan cheese – 30g
celery (stalks) – 6 pcs.
parsley (twigs) – 6 pcs.
stale white bread – 50g
lettuce (mixture) – 150g
artichokes (mini marinated) – 12 pcs.
tomatoes (dried) – 100g
olive oil – 150 ml
Dijon mustard – 2 tsp
black salt – to taste
black pepper (ground) – to taste.
To prepare Sea Scallop Salad in batter with artichokes, you need:

Prepare the batter by mixing parmesan, celery, parsley and bread, crushed with a blender into crumbs. Cut the scallops in half and roll in the prepared batter. Fry the scallops on a preheated grill until browned for 5-7 minutes.

Mix olive oil and mustard, season the mixture with salt and pepper and beat with a whisk. Pour dressing over salad mixture and mix well.

Divide salad mixture among serving bowls, top with artichoke halves, sun-dried tomatoes and scallops. Sprinkle the salad with black salt and ground pepper, and serve the finished dish to the table.
