Scallop Salad with Duck Liver Mousse and Strawberries

For the recipe you will need:
sea ​​scallops – 3-4 pcs.
duck liver mousse (ready-made) to taste
strawberries – 7-9 pcs.
lettuce (mix) – 1 bunch
iceberg lettuce – to taste
honey – 2 tsp
cream – 100 ml
olive oil – 1-2 tbsp.
salt – to taste
pepper – to taste.
To prepare Sea Scallop Salad with Duck Liver Mousse and Strawberries:

Scallops cut into halves, duck mousse cut into thin slices. Melt some fat from the duck mousse in a frying pan. Add the scallops to the pan, season with salt and pepper and fry until golden, 1-2 minutes. Transfer the scallops to a bowl, add the duck mousse to the pan and sauté lightly for 30 seconds. Transfer the mousse to a bowl with the scallops, and add cream and honey to the pan. Bring sauce to a boil, stirring, and cook until thickened.

Cut strawberries into halves. Tear lettuce leaves into pieces. Put the salad on a dish, spread the strawberries, scallops and mousse on top. Season the salad with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Pour the salad with scallops and strawberries with creamy sauce, serve the finished dish to the table.
