Sea Scallop Salad with Tomatoes and Mozzarella

For the recipe you will need:
sea ​​scallops (frozen) – 250g
lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
green salad – 150g
cherry tomatoes – 100g
mozzarella cheese – 100g
garlic – 1 clove
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

olive oil – 4 tbsp.
Tabasco sauce – 3-4 drops
balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp.
sugar – 1 pinch
salt – to taste
black pepper (ground) – to taste.
To prepare Sea Scallop Salad with Tomatoes and Mozzarella:

Pour the thawed scallops with lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well. Leave the scallops to marinate for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.

At this time, tear the lettuce leaves into pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Cut mozzarella into small cubes. Mix the prepared ingredients and put in a salad bowl.

Crush the garlic clove with a knife blade and put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Saute garlic until characteristic aroma appears, then remove.
