Warm scallop salad with walnuts and asparagus

For the recipe you will need:
tarragon (twigs) – 1 pc.
basil (twigs) – 3 pcs.
dill (twigs) – 4 pcs.
sea ​​scallops – 450g
vegetable oil – 1.5 tbsp.
white grape vinegar – 3 tbsp.
corn starch – 1 tsp
mustard (coarse-grained) – 1 tsp
green onions (chopped) – 2 tbsp
lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
lettuce – 1 pc.
asparagus (green) – 250g
sweet pepper (red) – 1 pc.
walnuts (peeled) – 150g
salt – to taste
sugar – to taste.
To prepare Warm Sea Scallop Salad with Walnuts and Asparagus, you need:

Finely chop the basil, dill and tarragon. Mix vinegar with cornstarch, add mustard, salt, sugar and chopped herbs. Put the scallops in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the starch mixture to the scallops and cook, stirring, for another minute. Sprinkle the contents of the pan with green onions, pour over lemon juice, mix and remove from heat.

Peel and blanch the asparagus in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. After cooling, cut the asparagus into pieces. Sweet pepper, removing the seeds, cut into half rings. Chop the walnuts with a knife. Tear lettuce leaves into pieces.

Combine the prepared ingredients, add the scallops with the sauce and gently mix the salad. Put the finished salad with scallops in a salad bowl and serve.
