Scallop and cashew salad

For the recipe you will need:
sea ​​scallops – 100g
cucumber (fresh) – 1 pc.
carrots (small) – 1 pc.
cashew – 100g
butter – 1 tbsp.
sour cream – 1/4 cup
mayonnaise – 100g
salt – to taste.
To make the Cashew Scallop Salad:

Boil sea scallops in salted water until cooked through for 2-3 minutes. After cooling slightly, cut the scallops into pieces.

Peel the cucumber and cut into strips along with carrots. Melt butter in a frying pan, add chopped vegetables, nuts, sour cream and some water. Salt to taste and simmer the mixture over low heat until it thickens.

Combine the scallops and stewed vegetables with nuts, mix the salad well. After dressing with mayonnaise, serve scallop salad with cashews to the table.
