Scallop salad with tomatoes and cucumbers

For the recipe you will need:
sea ​​scallop – 500-600g
tomatoes – 5 pcs.
cucumbers – 2-3 pcs.
onions – 3 pcs.
green salad – 25-30g
green onion – to taste
dill or parsley (greens) – to taste
spices – to taste
filling:

vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp.
table vinegar (3%) – 1/4 cup
sugar – 1 tsp
salt – to taste
black pepper (ground) – to taste.
To prepare Sea Scallop Salad with Tomatoes and Cucumbers, you need:

Dip the scallop into boiling salted water with spices and cook until tender for 5-6 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by combining oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Beat the sauce with a whisk until smooth.

Boiled scallop meat, cool slightly, cut into thin slices. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into slices. Onion cut into half rings. Tear lettuce leaves into pieces.

Put all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, pour over the prepared dressing and mix. Finely chop the green onion and dill, sprinkle the salad on top and serve the dish to the table.
