Chinese cabbage salad
Ingredients:
300 g boiled chicken meat
150 g canned corn
3-4 Chinese cabbage leaves
1/2 green apple
100 ml mayonnaise
spices and herbs to taste
Cooking method:
Finely chop the chicken. Rinse and chop cabbage leaves. Peel the apple and chop. Mix cabbage and chicken, add corn, apple, mayonnaise, spices and herbs. Mix.
Note: chicken meat will be whiter and more tender if, before cooking, it is rubbed with lemon juice from the inside and boiled in water, to which you must first add 1 teaspoon. a spoonful of lemon juice
