Korean Salad

Ingredients

5 medium raw potatoes
100 gr turkey breast
3-4 garlic cloves
salt, pepper, vinegar 5%

Grate potatoes into thin even straws (preferably on a Korean grater). At this time, boil the water, adding salt and vinegar there (the water should be noticeably sour and the salt is already to taste) and throw potatoes into this boiling water. Boil for no more than 4 minutes and immediately drain through a colander.

Then fry the breast also cut into thin strips and combine with potatoes. In a frying pan, heat any vegetable oil (5-6 tablespoons), remove from heat and add finely grated garlic and quickly scald the potatoes with meat with this, add pepper, mix everything.

Can be eaten both hot and cold.
