Lemon Raisin Pie

Dedicated to lemon cake lovers (like me) winked Super Flavored Moist Lemon Pie. Raisins are not felt smile
Lemon raisin cake
Compound:

1 cup pitted raisins (this is important)
1 large lemon
3 eggs
incomplete glass of sugar
50 g butter
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder a pinch of soda (repay with lemon juice)
Cooking:

1. Rinse the raisins thoroughly and pour hot water until they are completely swollen

2. Wash the lemon and cook for 15 minutes. Cool down.

3. Cut the lemon in half, remove all the seeds and squeeze the ripped pulp with juice into a separate bowl.

4. In a blender with knives, chop raisins along with lemon peel (you can use a meat grinder)

5. Melt butter

6. Mix flour with baking powder

7. Beat eggs with sugar, add raisin-lemon mixture, melted butter, flour, soda slaked with lemon juice. Mix everything well.

8. Lubricate the non-stick form with a drop of plums. oils. Pour out the mixture.

9. Oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 30 minutes.

10. While the pie is baking, we make the filling: add sugar to the squeezed lemon pulp (try a little, maybe a smaller amount is enough for you. The original recipe had 0.5 cups of sugar), stir.

11. When the cake is baked, we take it out, cut it into portioned pieces in a mold and grease it all hot with lemon filling. The cake is soaked and becomes very tasty.
