Savory Pizza

Another low calorie pizza option. In this case, the dough is made real, crispy winked, like in a pizzeria.

spicy pizza
Compound:

flour 1.5-2 cups
boiled water 0.5 cups
sugar 1/2 tsp
dry yeast 1/2 sachet (6g)
salt 1/2 tsp
olive oil 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
champignons 250g
pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
onion 1 large
ketchup or tomato paste 60g
hard cheese 60g
Cooking:

1. In half the water (warm), stir the sugar, dilute the yeast and leave for 5 minutes

2. Sift the flour, add salt, pour in the yeast, the remaining water, 1 tbsp. olive oil. Knead the dough for 7 minutes, cover the bowl with the dough with a damp towel and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

3. Cut the champignons and simmer under the lid in a pan. If they stick, add some water. Salt.

4. Knead the dough again, stretch with your hands on a greased 1 tsp. oil is disgusting. Cover with a damp towel and work on the filling.

5. Chop the cucumbers, chop the onion, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

6. Lubricate the pizza base with another 1 tbsp. olive oil (so as not to get wet from the filling), spread ketchup on top. Put onions, mushrooms, cucumbers and sprinkle with cheese

7. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. After cooking, immediately eat pizza! In order for the pizza not to get damp from the filling and remain crispy, leave it on a wire rack or on a wooden board.
