Lazy Cheese Pie

Fast, tasty, lazy. You don’t have to cook the dough!

Compound:

3 thin lavash sheets
kefir 1% 250g
2 eggs
hard cheese 250g
Adyghe cheese (or slightly salted cheese) 350g
cottage cheese 1.8% 150g
greens as desired
1 tsp vegetable oil
Cooking:

1. Mix kefir and eggs and soak lavash sheets in this mixture for 15-20 minutes. If the cheese is too salty, then soak it in cold water

2. Grate cheese, cheese, cottage cheese on a coarse grater. Add greenery

3. В антипригарную форму с бортиками (смазать 1 tsp масла) выложить 1 лист лаваша ( все листы не отжимать) так, чтобы края свисали с формы. Spread half of the cheese mixture over.

4. Put a sheet of pita bread on top, put the second half of the cheese mixture

5. Top last sheet of pita bread. Wrap the hanging edges of the first pita bread. Pour the rest of the kefir-egg mixture on top and evenly distribute over the top pita bread.

6. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees until browned.
