Oven-Baked Beef

The beef according to this recipe languishes in the oven for a long time, so it turns out very soft. And the taste, mmmmmm, just lick your fingers.

Compound:

lean beef 1 kg (I have a neck)
4 large onions
250g sour cream 20%
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp flour
1 tsp fine salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil (incomplete)
Cooking:

1. Beef cut into pieces with a walnut, onion into half rings

2. Pour oil into the bottom of a cauldron (or other oven container with a lid). Put, stirring, meat and onions. Close the lid.

3. Put in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for 2 hours

4. After 2 hours, dilute mustard, flour, salt in sour cream. Add to bowl and stir.

5. Put in the oven and cook for another 30 minutes. Tender meat is ready
