Zucchini with Sauce

I decided to cook the recipe suggested by sweetlana from this thread. Very low calorie and delicious. Now the zucchini season is starting, so it’s dedicated to those who “save” calories smile
Zucchini with sauce
Compound:

1 young zucchini (250g)
1 jar of natural yoghurt 0% (115g)
some dill and parsley
1 small garlic clove
salt
Cooking:

1. Cut the zucchini into slices and cook in a double boiler (about 15-20 minutes). If there is no double boiler, you can use the “old-fashioned method”: a saucepan of water on the stove, a colander on the saucepan and under the lid, such an improvised double boiler. Once cooked, remove and salt
2. Making the sauce. В йогурт измельчаем зелень, чеснок и добавляем salt по вкусу. If there is no such low-fat yogurt, then 3.2% and sour cream 10-15% will do, only the calorie content will then be higher, of course.

3. For each circle of zucchini (preferably heated), put a spoonful of sauce.
