7.00 - Against stress
1 step:
If, in a state of self-hypnosis, you experience a normal, everyday stressful situation, this will be a good training on how to avoid stress.

* Imagine a normal stressful situation from your everyday life. Imagine as vividly and clearly as possible.

2 step:

I am completely calm, uninhibited and relaxed. Everything that I will henceforth do, I will do quickly and with concentration, while remaining calm and balanced. All the tasks that I have to solve, I will solve calmly and balanced.
Nothing can shake me in the future - I will always remain completely calm. I know that I can handle any situation and that makes me strong. A miraculous power bathes my body and gives me confidence.
It's a wonderful feeling to be able to say "I can handle this"! I know that I will achieve everything that I want, and at the same time remain calm and balanced. My calmness and self-confidence are increasing day by day. I'm getting stronger. My health is stabilizing day by day... my health is stabilizing day by day.

Practice as much as you want. The first 1 - 2 weeks are stage 1, in the next ~ 2 weeks - stage 2.

20.30 - Spontaneous peace of mind
"Black Mirror" - round glass ~? 20 cm, concave by ~ 12 mm, the convex side is painted with black paint, look at the concave side. The ball for clairvoyance is a simple glass or crystal ball ~? 7 - 11 cm.
* Take a "black mirror", or a ball for clairvoyance, or an ordinary flat mirror.
* Sit comfortably in a chair so that the mirror or ball is at eye level, at a distance of ~ 30 cm from the eyes.
*Keep your head straight. Look at a mirror or ball without looking away or blinking. Look like this for a while.
* Move into the 3rd stage of consciousness (or psi-consciousness).
* Imagine that in a mirror you see a red-hot spinning disc. The disc should be imagined as brightly luminous, the color should be from reddish yellow to bright yellow. You need to focus on the disk until you see it as clearly and distinctly as with open eyes the flame of a candle at a distance of ~ 20 cm.
* Mentally reduce it gradually in size and intensity of the glow. Then let it fade away completely, so that only a black void remains.
* A vacuum forms in the mind, there is not a single thought. Try to keep this state as long as possible.
* As soon as you notice that "light appears in the darkness" (that is, imagination again penetrate into consciousness), again recreate the red-hot disk, increase it and give it the opportunity to rotate. Until the brightness reaches its original intensity.
* Then "extinguish" it again.
* Repeat this several times. Increase the duration of the dark phase from time to time, and at the same time reduce the duration of the glow of the disk.
* After a few days of training, this will work out without difficulty. Then you need to practice without a mirror or a ball. Keep looking straight ahead, calling out a disk from an empty space.
* In a few more days, when this will become easy to succeed. You can practice in a lighted or dark room, under the illumination of various colored lamps, while standing, lying down or walking.
Exercise for 20-30 minutes every day.
22.00 - Chakra vision II
All objects radiate cosmic energy. The heart chakra ("nerve center" in the middle of the chest) receives this energy. The impulses are transmitted to the visual center of the brain. And there appears an image of an object "seen" by the heart chakra.
1 step:
* Sit down at the table in a chair. Blind your eyes with a black bandage.
* Dive into the 3rd stage of consciousness (or psi-consciousness).
* Have an assistant place any object you don't know on the table in front of you.
* The assistant passes your palm a few centimeters above this object.
* You can focus on "seeing" this object with your "spiritual eye". So long until you really see it clearly and distinctly.
* You must find out what it is.
2 step:
* Sit down at the table in a chair. Blind your eyes with a black bandage.
* Dive into the 3rd level of consciousness (or psi-consciousness).
* Let the assistant put any object unknown to you on the table in front of you (Or you can put it yourself, without an assistant).
* Move your hand over the table, trying to determine where this object is.
* You can focus on "seeing" this object with your "spiritual eye". So long until you really see it clearly and distinctly.
* Take an item in your hand.
The duration of the exercise is ~ 10 - 20 minutes, 1 time every day. The first 1 - 2 weeks are stage 1, in the next ~ 2 weeks - stage 2.

7.00 - Acoustic Imagination
In this exercise, with the help of music, a connection is established between the conscious and the subconscious. Visual images from the subconscious penetrate into consciousness. You see the contents of your subconscious. The subconscious is the part of the brain where it connects to the spinal cord. The subconscious controls blood circulation, respiration, instinctive movements...; the subconscious has its own memory, in which the experience of a creature's life for billions of years is collected (transmitted through genes from DNA).
* You can light up the room with a purple lamp.
* Turn on the tape recorder, put on a cassette with very calm music - like "Enigma" or special "music for meditation". Not loud.
* Immerse yourself in the 2nd stage of consciousness.
* Don't think about anything.
* Just listen to music.
* Let the music:
* surround you
*penetrate you
*fill your mind
* you yourself become the music.
* The sense of time must disappear.
* Visual images should appear in the mind.
* Don't control your imagination.
