Introductory exercises
How to do the exercises
All exercises are grouped into 12 groups - each group is designed for a specific month. Every month, do a group of exercises that is named after that month. You can start from any month. Some exercises in the 1st year you will not succeed - this is not bad, - the main thing is to try to complete them, and do the maximum that you can. Next year you will return to these exercises, and they will turn out much better. Repeat all 12 groups, in a circle, for many years. In this way, you will get some exercises in the 1st year, others in the 3rd year, some in 10 years, some in 20 years. For each exercise, the time when it must be performed is indicated. You can change this time, but it is better that you do the exercises at the same time every day. For each exercise, the duration is indicated - it must be observed for the first 3 - 5 years. Then you yourself can decide how much time you do the exercise.
Get a notebook in which, after each exercise, write down: the date, time the exercise began, the name of the exercise, the duration of the exercise, very briefly describe your actions and the result. Before the exercise, it is useful to burn some plants (their smell affects the psyche), - incense. But you can practice without incense. These are: or special sticks that just need to be set on fire, and they will smolder; or special oil, which is poured, a few drops, into a special cup, and heated with a candle - an aerolamp; or a dried plant - put it on a piece of foil and warm it up on a lighter or candle. Incense action:
* Expansion of consciousness and increased sensitivity: ivy, camphor, nutmeg, nyrobek, poplar, incense.
* Clairvoyance: aloe, arnica, ivy, nutmeg, poplar, frankincense.
* Reception of cosmic energy: aloe, ivy, rowan seeds, elderberry, camphor, sandal wood, violet roots.
* Soothing: arnica, lavender, myrrh, tansy.
During the exercise, it is useful to illuminate the room with colored lamps - color affects the psyche. But you can practice without colored lighting. How to apply colors:
* Purple-red: reception of cosmic energy, expansion of consciousness, clairvoyance, psychokinesis.
* Green: receiving cosmic energy, inspire yourself with relaxation, harmonization of the vibrations of the physical body, unification of the body and all life on Earth.
* Violet: concentration of attention, expansion of consciousness, emptiness of consciousness, imagination, exit from one's physical body, mind reading, levitation, materialization, telepathic influence.
* Greenish-blue: soothing, relaxing.
2 hours before the exercise, do not take heavy food, drugs, alcohol, drugs, and coffee is undesirable. Be well rested. Immediately before starting the exercise, you need to be calm, the best is a state of cheerful calmness.  We need to make sure that no one is distracted. First you need to dive into the 2nd stage of consciousness or psi-consciousness. Then, when you are in the 2nd stage or psi-consciousness, you need to do the exercise itself. During the exercise:
* You need to be as relaxed and calm as possible.
* When you imagine, before your spiritual gaze there should be the same bright picture as if you saw it all with the eyes of the present. You must see an imaginary picture continuously, and it should not fade and become cloudy.
* At this time, do not think about anything (except for the exercise), the mind should be completely empty.
* Give your full attention to the exercise. The exercise should completely fill the entire consciousness, so that no other thought can penetrate there. The perception of the surrounding world and time must disappear. You have to merge with the exercise, it must seem that you are the exercise.
* You must be completely sure of the success of this exercise.
Stage of consciousness 2
* Lie down on a sofa or bed, on your back, put a pillow under your head, stretch your arms along the body, turn your palms inward.
* Completely relax.
* Take a long, continuous, deep breath while mentally pronouncing "v - v - d - o - o - o - x - x". Then, without holding your breath, immediately exhale in the same way, mentally pronouncing "in - in - s - s - d - o - o - o - x."
* After this inhalation-exhalation no longer control the breath, let it flow naturally. And watch your breath - with each breath mentally pronounce "inhale", while exhaling - "exhale".
* If you go astray - you forget to think "inhale - exhale", and thoughts deviate to the side, then with the beginning of the next breath, start thinking "inhale - exhale" again.
*After a while, when you calm down, the words "inhale - exhale" slowly - slowly freeze and disappear. The main thing: do not try to make the words disappear, they will disappear when they want.
* Mentally pronounce, at the same time directing thoughts to the enumerated part of the body - travel through the body, in turn relaxing as much as possible:
"Totally relaxed - right thumb... left thumb... right index finger... left index finger... right middle finger... left middle finger... left ring finger... right... left pinky... right... entire left hand relaxed... entire right... entire left hand... entire right...
Right foot relaxed... left foot... right leg... left... head... face (pay special attention)... neck... back of head... chest... back... bottom abdomen... kidney area... pelvis...
My whole body is relaxed... all organs... muscles and tendons... bones and spinal cord... blood and blood vessels... nerves... glands... heart... brain... (Heart and relax the brain one more time and as much as possible!)
All the cells of my body are relaxed... they harmonize with the fluctuations of free cosmic energy..."
* In each enumerated part of the body, warmth and heaviness should appear. All sensation of the body must disappear. This means that the 2nd stage of consciousness has been reached.
Before performing the basic exercises, you first need to learn how to dive well into the 2nd stage of consciousness. Do this exercise ~ 5 - 10 times. Gradually reducing the dive time from ~20 min. initially, up to ~5 - 10 min. And only when the 2nd stage of consciousness is well mastered, you can move on to exercises from 12 groups.
Psi-consciousness
Nerve cells in the human brain transmit information in the form of electrical vibrations. The frequency of these oscillations when a person is:
* in a normal waking state ~ 20 - 25 hertz (oscillations per second);
* in a relaxed waking state ~ eight - 12 hertz;
* during REM sleep ~ four - 7 hertz;
* during slow sleep ~ 0.3 - four hertz;
The subconscious is the part of the brain where it connects to the spinal cord. The subconscious controls blood circulation, respiration, instinctive movements...; the subconscious has its own memory, in which the experience of a creature's life for billions of years is collected (transmitted through genes from DNA). In the subconscious, vibrations are always at a frequency of four - 7 hertz. Therefore, in order to exchange information between the conscious and the subconscious, it is necessary that the brain has a frequency of four - 7 hertz, for example, this happens during sleep, or in a state of psi-consciousness.

1 step:
* Draw or print these curves on a piece of paper. Cut out.
* Sit down, put in front of you a pattern of waves for meditation. The distance from it to your eyes is ~ four0 cm.
* Tilt your head so that when you look at the very top with your eyes, the picture is visible at the top of the field of vision. Look at this drawing.
* Imagine that you do not feel your body, as in the 2nd stage of consciousness.
* Do not think about anything, the mind should be empty.
* Imagine that in your brain there are electrical oscillations with a frequency of four oscillations per second (or 7, if the pattern of waves for concentration).
* At this time, say in a whisper the mantra: "Psiiii... Psiiii..." (mantra is the words that are focused on).
* Repeat the mantra rhythmically and monotonously, enjoy saying it.
* Play with the mantra - experiment with its sound.
* You can gently sway in the rhythm of the mantra.
* Whisper the mantra more and more quietly.
* Do not control the mantra, let the mantra "circle" in the mind. Let the mantra change as it wants - grow louder or quieter, disappear and reappear, stretch or become faster. Listen to the mantra. Meditation is like drifting on a river in a boat without oars: we don't need oars - we have no goal!
* Now your thoughts will not be in the form of words, but in the form of dreams - this is psi-consciousness.
2 step:
* Don't put a pattern of waves in front of you. Close eyes.
* Imagine that you are immersed in the 2nd stage of consciousness.
* Do not think about anything, the mind should be empty.
* Imagine that in your brain there are electrical oscillations with a frequency of four oscillations per second.
* Roll your eyes to the very top. And imagine a pattern of waves for meditation.
* At this time mentally say the mantra: "Psiiii... Psiiii...".
* Repeat the mantra rhythmically and monotonously, enjoy saying it.
* Play with the mantra - experiment with its sound.
3rd step:
* Sit down, close your eyes.
* Mentally say the mantra: "Psiiii... Psiiii...".
* A picture of waves for meditation will appear in your imagination.
four step:
* Sit down, close your eyes.
* Mentally say the mantra: "Psiiii... Psiiii...".
