1.1. A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE ORIGIN OF ENERGY CLEANING (EO) AND SOLAR MEDITATION (SM) TECHNIQUES
Both techniques were born in July 1994. Their birth was not a fluke or a simple find. They were created quite consciously, deliberately. My entire meaningful life has been devoted to this. Their appearance was preceded by a long-term and tireless study of a large amount of information: extrasensory perception, folk healing, many religions, magic, all types of yoga and many, many other areas of knowledge. In addition, a lot of important information was received by me through dreams, revelations, initiations and communication with the higher worlds as a result of prayers and meditations. The scope of this knowledge is unlimited, and only some of it has been embodied in poetry and prayers, meditations and spiritual songs, brochures and books.
In a relatively short period of time, volumes of work on a cosmic scale were carried out. The sacred syllables OM were taken from mantra yoga. From all the most disparate information and sources, methods and techniques, spiritual teachings and scientific achievements, all the best was extracted and embodied in the most effective, kind and safe, simple and accessible methods for every more or less sensible person and even a child. At first glance, the texts of the received methods seem to be some kind of naive nursery rhymes. But it is precisely in this external simplicity that all their inexhaustible strength lies.
