To prevent and reduce the manifestations of menopausal syndrome, we use the following techniques.
1. Pressing with thumbs on the area of the thyroid gland on the front surface of the neck is performed for 3 seconds three times in one session.
2. With combined index and middle fingers, during self-massage for 5 seconds, we press on the area of the medulla oblongata.
3. Press the combined index and middle fingers for 3 seconds on the points that correspond to the manifestations of your menopausal syndrome:
• for pain in the stomach – zone 2 (inner side of the shoulder and forearm);
• in violation of the work of the stomach and liver – zone 9 (angle of the costal arch on the right), zone 13 (anterior surface of the lower leg, ankles, instep).
• in violation of the genital organs – zone 8 (front of the neck); zone 12 (groin, inner thighs);
• with neuroticism up to hysteria – zone 10 (stomach area);
• autonomic nervous system – zone 8 (front of the neck);
• with general dysfunction of internal organs – zone 11 (umbilical region, small intestine).
• with palpitations – zone 1 (from the 3rd thoracic vertebra to the 5th thoracic vertebra);
• in violation of the stomach and liver – zone 3 (from the 6th to the 8th thoracic vertebrae);
• with dysfunction of the adrenal glands, disorders of the central nervous system – zone 4 (10th and 11th vertebrae and the area to the left and right of them);
• in violation of the kidneys, intestines – zone 5 (lumbar region);
• in violation of the genital organs – zone 2, zone 5, zone 6 (from the 3rd to the 5th lumbar vertebra);
• with neuroticism up to hysteria – zone 7 (median calf line, popliteal fossa).
