Pressure for good sleep

Sleep Pressure 1
1. The thumb of the left hand firmly presses on the front surface of the neck (on the left side, Fig. 5.6, a). We pass along the carotid artery, four points towards the clavicular region. Repeat the pressure three times on each point (for 3 seconds).
2. We repeat the same technique for the front surface of the neck on the right (pressing with the right finger).

3. With the combined thumbs, we press for 3 seconds on the area of ​​the medulla oblongata on the surface of the occiput (Fig. 5.6, b). The pressure is repeated three times.
4. We continue pressing the neck: we act on the points located on the back of the neck (symmetrically with respect to the spinal column) up to the top of the shoulder girdle, fig. 5.6b. We perform 3 pressures for 3 seconds each.
