Mono-diet Tomato Juice

A diet based on tomato juice will not only help you lose extra pounds, but will also make this process as friendly to the body as possible.

Tomato, has established itself as one of the most useful vegetable juices. The acidity in tomatoes speeds up metabolism, and the richness of sodium, calcium, potassium, manganese, copper, iodine and other minerals makes it a truly multivitamin product.

Two glasses of tomato juice is enough to fill the daily requirement for vitamin C. Its concentration is especially high in orange and yellow fruits.

TOMATO JUICE CAN BE DRINKED PURE OR IN COMBINATION WITH APPLE, PUMPKIN AND LEMON IN RATIO 2:4:2:1.

Follow the suggested diet menu for 2 weeks without a break.

Breakfast: A glass of tomato juice, 2 slices of rye bread, smeared with a thin layer of butter. Bread can be replaced with 100 g of fruit salad.

Dinner: A serving of tomato juice, 100 stewed veal with mushrooms and onions (100 g), boiled potatoes (2 pcs)
Or: white chicken meat 150 g, vegetables with rice 100 g.
MONO-DIET WITH TOMATO JUICE

This diet option is more stringent, although it allows you to lose up to 1 kg per day.

Meals are limited exclusively to tomatoes without salt, which you eat 3-4 times a day. The daily norm is about 1 kilogram.

The duration of the regime is designed for 3 days. In order not to harm the body, after 2 days of the diet, it is necessary to include other products in the diet.
