Ayurveda. Learn to be healthy

Among many, especially religious people, there is a thought: they say, any illness is the result of God’s punishment. But is the mechanism of any disease really that simple? In addition, it makes the desire to overcome the disease simply unrealistic. After all, it turns out that nothing depends on a person. No, we and only we ourselves can make ourselves happy and healthy.

Humans have five senses: touch, sight, hearing, taste and smell. He is able to speak, perform actions with his hands, move, have offspring and remove waste products from his body. Moreover, the mind and the inner wisdom of our body are united and constitute the nature of people. These theses are for the most part different from the traditional ones, and therefore may seem somewhat complicated. But the bottom line is that in order to use Ayurveda in our lives, we do not need to accept or even understand this philosophy. Because the impact comes from within, it returns what nature has given us.

If we see the situation correctly, think correctly and our actions are correct, then the mechanism for the realization of desires, inherent in our nature, works. This brings us to the idea that there is no need to work hard from morning to evening, that life is not a continuous struggle. If those who are always fighting and pushing themselves out of their skin were happy, then their formula would work, but the opposite is true! A person should easily and freely satisfy his desires without tension.

Is this technique suitable for our people?

When we describe the perception of a person, it cannot be Indian, Russian or African. In all people, the organs of perception are almost the same. It’s worth starting with a shallow perception of everything that happens around. The nature of man has created it in such a way that he does not have to deeply fix everything in the brain. Some think that this is a state of indifference, callousness and coldness. But this is not so at all. After all, it is known that a heart attack can happen both from joy and from grief. A person needs such a state of consciousness as a foundation on which he will build everything correctly in the future. And no walls will fall.

So where are we wrong?

Our main mistake is that we take everything too close to heart. The problem of stress is international. After all, if we are talking about an excited intellect, when the brain is constantly working and an endless series of thoughts is born in it, then we are not saying that this is a feature of some nation, incapable of adequate reactions. What do we see on the surface? “Deformed” life, but no happiness.

Scientists have calculated that in an adult, it turns out that 5-10% of the brain area is functioning normally! And this is what we call life? Consciousness and body are one single system. And the closest organ to a malfunctioning consciousness is our brain. Consciousness expresses itself through it. We know what the heart is for, how the liver functions. But what is the brain for? Is it just to dig into problems?

What do you think: if our brain functioned perfectly, what emotion would it project? Even small children will say: happiness! And if we do not feel it, it is logical to assume that our consciousness is not working properly. And it affects the weakest spot in the brain – the Achilles’ heel. And these cells or centers begin to make mistakes. Something like dust forms in the brain cell. It turns out the effect of “dirty mirror”. If the “dust” is concentrated in the frontal lobe of the brain, the person becomes angry, stubborn and selfish. Another section of the person is insecure and notorious. The third prone to depression.

What behavior can be considered correct?

It is important to achieve a state of active calmness. Take, for example, the case when your child fell ill.

Four types of mother behavior are likely:

First indifference. It’s not worth talking about such a mother.

The second mother takes everything deeply to her heart and “splashes out” emotions immediately outward. Panic begins. In a state of excitement, her intellect does not work properly. A woman perceives the situation erroneously, it can even harm, say, being worried, pour hot water on a child. In addition, due to the stress experienced, her blood pressure rises, her heart hurts. All this also affects the child negatively. Although such a mother loves the child with all her heart, she conveys her feelings to him.

The third and fourth mothers look exactly the same. They are calm, cheerful, help the child with a joke, laughter, almost everything works out for them as well as possible. But in the future they feel differently. The third mother took the situation to heart, but did not show it outwardly. This is an extremely common phenomenon in our society. We play the role of happy people, so that God forbid not to disturb the comfort of the environment. But a woman doesn’t care suffered. She did well, but at what cost?

Ayurveda states that life is the interaction of soul, mind, senses and body. Thus, it harmonizes the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional factors necessary to ensure health. Ayurveda in its own way explains the cause of human suffering. Yes, traditional science believes that our life is limited by bodily functions, and the body is a material space in which the mind and consciousness exist as a product of the biochemical reactions of the brain.
