Correct daily routine for adults

Daily routine is one of the most important factors that help our body to function properly. Proper nutrition, sufficient time for sleep and rest, replenishment of the daily supply of vitamins and trace elements – this is all that should be present in your life. Waking up and going to bed with ease, having good immunity and feeling good is not difficult at all. The main thing is to know how to arrange your day.
Morning
Waking up in the morning is a real challenge for many. A feeling of heaviness, a bad mood, weakness and irritability, that’s not all that can accompany you in the morning if you don’t get enough sleep. And it would be superfluous to say that performance will be much lower, and fatigue can lead to other negative consequences.
Wake up quickly. Do not stretch the awakening process for half an hour. As soon as the alarm goes off, take a shower or do some light exercise. Don’t forget to have breakfast before leaving. Food should be neither light nor greasy in order to provide the body with enough energy, but at the same time not cause heaviness.
Day
During the day, our body is most active. At this time, we can do most of the work. However, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., you must take a break for rest. Also at this time it is desirable to have lunch.
Evening
After six o’clock in the evening, a person experiences a decline in energy. Therefore, it is best to resolve all important issues by this time and engage in relaxation. A warm shower, a walk with friends in the fresh air, small physical activity – will allow you to relax and mentally prepare for sleep.
Limit the use of “heavy” food and try not to eat 3-4 hours before bedtime. This will provide you with light sleep and the opportunity to have a good rest.
After 11 p.m., our body is already completely ready for sleep, and it is highly undesirable to engage in any mental activity.
