What is the daily routine? This means correctly distributing by hours: morning rise and night sleep, 4-5 meals a day, work and rest time, physical education and personal hygiene, etc. What is the use of the regime? People who neglect the regime of the day pay with their health.

You ask why a person should be bound by some kind of regulation of his actions? Isn’t it better to sleep as much as you want, eat when you want, you want to read, you read all 24 hours in a row, you want to walk, you walk as much as you want? Some do so, but it only brings harm to human health.

Most people still adhere to a regular daily routine, when they sleep, eat, work and rest at certain hours. Thanks to this, the usual things require less effort, and the expended forces are restored faster. Therefore, the regime is the basis of the normal activity of the body.

However, it is widely believed that the regime is a complicated matter, that “special conditions” are needed to comply with the regime. This is not true. At any age, you need to do this and after a month it will be difficult for you to abandon your usual daily routine.

Doctors constantly convince their patients of the need to comply with at least the basic requirements of the regime, and those who take such recommendations seriously are quickly convinced of their benefits.

Sometimes the routine we are used to can change – when moving to a new place of residence or changing jobs. But it happens out of necessity. It is bad when there is no constant mode of work, rest, sleep, etc. at all. After all, the forces of the body are not limitless, and if the rhythms of life are disturbed, serious diseases appear.

Based on numerous observations, it has been established that people who neglect the regimen often suffer from diseases of the nervous, cardiovascular, and digestive systems. If the regime is violated, a person cannot fall asleep for a long time, gets up with difficulty in the morning (since sleep has not restored strength), wants to sleep all day, has a poor appetite, and work is hard. Therefore, the benefits of the regime are undeniable.

In everyday life, we are accustomed to a certain daily routine, regimen. But it is unlikely that this routine does not need to be changed and improved. Consider your daily routine in parts, from morning to night sleep. It is important to learn to live according to a certain plan, subordinate your actions to this plan and not rush from one extreme to another. All 24 hours a day are distributed in this way: 8 hours of work, 8 hours of rest (but always active) and 8 hours of sleep. Time should be allotted for physical education, water procedures, walks in the fresh air.

Analyze your daily routine. More often than not, a lot of time is wasted. We are very overloaded with things, we are in a hurry, we are in a hurry. But in fact, we spend 6-8 hours a day at work, and the rest of the time is randomly spent on unnecessary things. Therefore, it is important to learn to value time and use it to improve your health.
