You have to plan every day. This frees up a lot of time, saves energy, and, by the way, money. All cases must be evenly distributed throughout the day, week, month and year. These techniques are taught in time management trainings. They help quite effectively in everyday life.

Basic rules for good health:

• Going to bed and waking up around the same time, even on weekends, when many people get enough sleep in a week. It is not right! While there is life there is hope.

• Don’t skip meals. Be sure to eat in the morning and not eat at night. These conditions are interrelated. If you have a tight snack at 8 pm, then in the morning a piece will not get into your throat. If you have your last dinner at 6, then in the morning you will feel a slight hunger.

• Plan your day. This saves you from the hassles. Saves time and energy.

• Do not forget about physical activity, at least 10 minutes a day. They must be in any case to maintain body activity.

Compliance with the regime is the first and main reason for longevity, as well as a happy, quiet life.
