The human body is a complex balanced system, the vital activity of which is subject to internal and external biorhythms. In ancient times, before the invention of electricity by man, before the time when the daylight hours were extended with the help of artificial suns, the daily routine depended strictly on sunrise and sunset. Sunset is the time for sleep, because at this time the only way to escape from wild animals was to go to sleep in a cave or any other shelter. With the advent of artificial lighting in our lives, it became possible to go to bed later and wake up later. Naturally, such a discrepancy between natural biorhythms and the daily routine negatively affects a person’s physical health and provokes a lot of various diseases, so adhering to the correct regimen is the first step towards a healthy lifestyle.

Speaking about the ideal daily routine for a person, one should take into account the fact that 5 types of people are conditionally divided:

1. “Larks” – those who get up early and go to bed early. They are cheerful in the morning, wake up easily and immediately begin to work actively, however, in the evening they feel depressed and sleepy.
2. “Owls” – the absolute opposite of “larks”. It is almost impossible to wake them up in the morning to start working, they need to pour a few cups of coffee into themselves, but in the evening representatives of this type feel great and are ready to stay awake all night until morning.
3. “Doves” – an intermediate type, which includes the signs of the first two. On the one hand, they can get up early, on the other hand, they can easily remain active until late in the evening.
4. “Sony” – this type is characterized by a constant desire to sleep. It is difficult for them to wake up in the morning, it is problematic to maintain a vigorous working state during the day, it is unrealistic to sleep at night.
5. “Sovoranki” are real lumps of energy that feel cheerful in the morning and, moreover, can easily stay up all night. For people of this type, 4-5 hours of sleep is enough to fully restore their strength.

Returning to the ideal routine, you should not lose sight of the types of people, however, today we will talk about the average option, from which representatives of all types should start.
So, our body wakes up a little earlier than ourselves, approximately at the same time as sunrise – at 4 in the morning. At this time in the blood the stress hormone cortisone is injected, signaling to all organs about the beginning of a new day. Such a release does not affect a healthy body in any way, however, it can be dangerous for those who suffer from problems with the cardiovascular system. At this time, the likelihood of stroke and heart attack increases. After the production of cortisol, the body seems to start up, the metabolism accelerates, the level of sugar and amino acids rises.

7 am is the perfect time to wake up. You need to start the day with a light exercise and a contrast shower. By 7.30 – 8.00 the body’s defense systems are activated, the gastrointestinal tract is ready to eat, and the substances that come with food are instantly absorbed and converted into energy. It is worth noting that food should be taken no earlier than an hour after waking up, so it is worth varying the breakfast time depending on the type of biorhythm.

By about 9 am, food has already been converted into energy, providing the body with fuel for life. At this time, body temperature is at its highest and the brain is ready to perform tasks that require quick decision and ingenuity, since short-term memory is at its peak of functioning.

Thus, from 9 to 12 in the morning is the ideal period for work, at this time the work capacity is at a high level.

By the 12th day, the working capacity decreases, and the concentration of attention becomes difficult, but the stomach is ready for work, which begins to actively produce gastric juice – an ideal time for lunch. From 15.00 to 17.00 there is a second peak of labor activity, however, at this time it is worth performing analytical tasks that require concentration, as well as tasks of a creative nature. Given the fact that after 19.00 the stomach begins to gradually fall asleep, it is worth having dinner at 5-6 pm so that all the food has time to be digested. After seven in the evening it is better not to do mental work, it is better to devote this time to talking with friends or reading books. But 21.00 is the best time to memorize tests, so this is the most favorite time for students, because it is from 9 to 11 that you can memorize everything that was not possible during the semester.

The most effective sleep time starts at 10 pm, since it is during this period that every hour of sleep is the equivalent of 2-3 hours of rest for the human body. You should not go to bed later than 23.00, since such a dream is actually useless.
