Morning for health

We start our day at 7.00 – this is the ideal time to get up, although many say that you need to get up at 5.00.

First of all, we drink 2 glasses of water (preferably coral). In the morning it is recommended to drink at least 0.5 liters of water, if you can, drink 1 liter.

Further, this is usually not discussed, but still. A bowel movement should occur within 1 hour after getting up. That is, from 7.00 to 8.00 you should cleanse your intestines in a natural way. If this does not happen every day, think about it! You lead the wrong way of life and it negatively affects your health!

Further, if this is an ordinary weekday and you do not have a large margin of time, set aside at least 10-15 minutes for light exercise. This is necessary, first of all, in order to disperse the lymph throughout the body, stretch the muscles, and start the work of the heart. Well, in general, wake up the body. Power load in the morning is not needed.

After 30 minutes after the water, you can go to breakfast. Breakfast is a must! You can forget to have lunch, dinner, but you should always have breakfast!
After breakfast, you do not need to drink tea. In general, forget about tea as part of the meal. If you want tea – pour yourself a cup of tea and drink it, separately from food.

Now you can safely go to work or do your own thing. Don’t forget to drink water. You can start drinking it 1.5 hours after breakfast.
Day for health

Lunch can be arranged from 12.00 to 14.00 at this time you will have the middle of the day and your body will need additional energy. Of course, when I say lunch, I do not mean a hamburger, sausages in dough and other rubbish, I mean a full-fledged natural meal (you can read about nutrition here).

Again, we recall that we do not drink tea with food, the same applies to coffee.

After lunch, you can have an afternoon snack if you are hungry. The normal time for this is from 15.00 to 16.00.
Evening for health

After a busy day, it’s the perfect time to exercise. Fitness, gym, sports sections, they should take place between 17.00 and 19.00 – this will be the most beneficial for your body.

Dinner should take place before 18.00, but given our modern rhythm of life, have time to eat at least until 20.00. Do not eat heavy protein for dinner, that is, fatty meat, eggs, a lot of dairy products.

You need to go to bed before 21.00 (funny, not right?), because our brain can only sleep from 21.00 to 23.00, the rest of the time it is in a state of constant work. But then again, given the modern lifestyle, set yourself a regime in which you can go to bed at least until 22.00 to give your brain a rest.

That’s probably all, a ready-made version of the “ideal regime of the day.” In addition, I will say that a person should drink from 1.5 to 3 liters of water per day, depending on their weight. After a meal, I recommend eating enzymes, or during meals, eat a lot of fresh greens, they have enzymes. Enzymes include foods such as papaya, assimilator, digestable, digestive formula.
