No need to despair, start over. It is necessary to live as long as possible without internal condemnation. It’s difficult, but possible. “Judge not, lest you be judged” – there is great wisdom in these words!

YOU ARE NOT A VICTIM!

Aggression of others and unfavorable circumstances sometimes make you feel like “a beast that has been driven into a cage.” Try for at least one day to feel yourself not a victim of circumstances, but a completely free person. The manager calls again. He will probably complain about being late in the morning. What is he striving for? Should I change jobs? For soon I will do so. On the road, experts like me do not roll around!

That’s what you think when you enter the boss’s office, clenching your fists and playing with your jaws. And he invited you not at all to scold, but, on the contrary, to thank you for the quality work done and to reward you. Unlikely? No, everything is possible, you need to believe! And you attacked yourself for several minutes or even half an hour, albeit on behalf of the leader, reproached, “gnawed”. From here, a negative is born, with which you poison yourself, and then everything around.

LIVE IN THE PRESENT

Each person is inseparable from society. That is why in the process of life he is used to relying on past negative experiences. Troubles at work, problems in the family, lower wages, unforeseen expenses … People remember the negative and project it onto their own future life. From here they make a disappointing conclusion that the future cannot prepare anything good for them a priori.

Stop programming yourself for failure! Get used to thinking like this: negative past experience does not exist, it is gone, it is no more.
