The weight that she reached, 78 kg, with a height of 167 cm did not cause her big problems except for one: it violated her aesthetic sense and desire to be perfect in everything. She had no shortness of breath, diabetes, edema. That is, there was no whip, but only a carrot. Yes, Anastasia understood that with such a weight it would be more difficult for her to find a man, because the Kustodiev ladies are not in fashion now. But on the other hand, she answered herself that for quite a long time she was slender as a poplar, and a permanent relationship did not happen.
Since at the moment when we met with her, Nastya had no business for which her soul would burn (except for business, but apparently her soul burned for him not like before), nor a new love, then the only the only way out was to remind her body how it had functioned in the past, when she weighed much less.

Her body certainly remembered how it was, and our task was to get these resourceful memories. As long as this information was stored somewhere in the recesses of memory, it was absolutely useless. But extracted, it would give the very additional energy that would bring Anastasia out of a state of stagnation.

As a homework assignment, I asked Anastasia to find 10 differences in her behavior and feelings before and after weight gain. Here is what she wrote:

Probably, if I asked Anastasia to find 20 differences, she would easily find all 20, but even these 10 can be used to draw a conclusion about a change in metabolism.

Of course, our metabolism includes the activity of many endocrine glands, but this whole complex mechanism is still started by the head. And if Anastasia was able to unconsciously change it in one direction, then she will be able to return everything back, until there are no irreversible changes. And then we, using the swing technique, do the following.

I ask Nastya to imagine herself in a state after gaining weight. Actually, for this she doesn’t need to strain especially, because she is in it. I ask her once again to go through all 10 indicated symptoms, remember everything well and lethargy, laziness, calmness, and stuffy nose. And let this state be of some particular color. Nastya's is dirty pink.

And then I ask her to remember the state before weight gain and also go through the symptoms, and then associate this desired state with some color. So orange.

Further, I suggest that Anastasia imagine herself dirty pink from head to toe, lazy, lethargic, heavy, with a stuffy nose. And suddenly, somewhere inside the body, an orange dot is born. The next step is the same, only with breathing. Nastya imagines herself as a reservoir filled with the first state, into which under the action of the pump - breathing - the second state enters, naturally of a different color and quality. The dividing line between these two states is lowered with each inhalation-exhalation.

As if we are pushing this border down with each sharp exhalation until the last dirty pink drops go through the feet, and the entire Anastasia reservoir turns orange. And again snap your fingers and exclaim: "Op-ana!". And it also becomes a week's homework.

One point is awarded for each pass of the first or second exercise. And you need to score at least 10 points a day, and preferably more. And in a week it will already be possible to simply snap your fingers and exclaim, and the effect will be the same. You automatically enter the second state.

In order to further intensify the exchange, we agreed that Anastasia would take a contrast shower. This procedure at the beginning may seem unpleasant to many. But this is only because no one ever explains how to enter it. And you need to get into it gradually. At first, the difference between the water temperatures should be negligible. Let's say hot and warm.

Then gradually go from warm to cool. And only after about a week we go from cool to cold. And then to the ice. And one more important point. You need to stand under hot water for so long to feel that the body is warmed up. It may even blush a little. Then the cool will be perceived as a relief.

And in parallel with this, we remember the main rule of any losing weight. Losing weight should not feel hungry. And this means that the food must be prepared in advance and it must be tasteless. And it would be nice (mindful of the bloated belly) if it were also separate. Carbohydrates - separately, flies (that is, proteins) - separately. Actually it's simple. 4 special bowls with closing lids are stocked.

And in the evening they prepare food for the next day. Unsalted buckwheat porridge. Unsalted boiled fish with vegetables. Skim cheese. Unsalted boiled chicken. Unsalted salad of fresh vegetables... But all this can be a LOT!!!!. But try to eat a lot of this! Sugar and honey, grapes, raisins and other easily digestible carbohydrates are excluded in any form.

Anastasia returned to her previous weight in 4 months. That is, from the remaining 78 kg - to 63. 15 kg in 4 months - this is a good result. But she didn't have one of the most common problems. She is не заедала стресс.

Therefore, we all need to remember a few commandments for stress-eaters:

1. Nobody promised that it would be easy.

2. Food is a drug. With all the consequences.

3. Behind every cause there inevitably comes a consequence. Each piece eaten in the evening irreversibly adds 100, 200, 300 g - depending on what kind of piece.

4. And there is no need to hope that we will start a new life from tomorrow. Let's not start.

5. In order not to put cookies in your mouth, you need to have an alternative on hand, for example, an apple or one of the bowls of food described above, which is disgusting for its usefulness and non-saltness.

6. In order not to put anything in your mouth at all, you need to learn how to switch quickly. And now I'll tell you how it's done.
