Folk treatment for fungal diseases

Folk treatment of fungal diseases. Fungal diseases of the skin (mycoses) are caused by microscopic fungi that parasitize the skin and mucous membranes of humans and animals. There are several groups of mycoses. The first group includes mycoses, the pathogens of which parasitize in the superficial parts of the stratum corneum, the integumentary layer of the skin; they do not cause inflammatory reactions in the body, do not cause pain, itching, do not affect the general condition of the body; patients are less contagious.

This group includes pityriasis versicolor, which is often found, especially in persons suffering from sweating. The second group includes highly contagious diseases, such as epidermophytosis and rubrophytosis of the feet. The causative agent affects the skin and nails of the feet. Sick people are the source of infection. Infection often occurs in the family when using other people’s socks, slippers, a basin for washing feet, and a washcloth. You can get infected in the bath, in the shower.

Predisposing factors of the fungus: sweating of the legs, skin abrasions, varicose veins of the legs. The fungus most often takes root in the skin of the interdigital folds of the feet, soles. The first sign of the disease is peeling of the skin of these areas.

Symptoms of the fungus
Peeling is replaced by bubbles of different sizes, first filled with a clear, then turbid liquid. The blisters break open with the formation of inflamed red, weeping areas, painful and itchy. The skin of the lateral surface of the fingers becomes white, loose, separated by layers. Then all manifestations disappear, but the fungus continues to live in the stratum corneum of the skin. Without treatment, the disease takes a chronic course with exacerbation in the warm season. Affected nails become dull, yellow spots appear in their thickness; nail plates thicken and crumble. Treatment of feet, especially with nail damage, is very difficult, long.

In the course of research, it turned out that men are most susceptible to fungal disease. Contribute to the appearance of the fungus: prolonged wearing of uncomfortable shoes made of artificial materials, some diseases in which blood flow to the legs is reduced (diabetes mellitus), leg injuries, old age, immunodeficiency states.

A moist environment is necessary for the reproduction and development of the fungus. That is why wet shoes or increased sweating of the feet contribute to the fastest fungal infection of the skin and nails. You can get infected with a fungus in a swimming pool, in the gym, in the shower, in the bathroom and in the bath. You can catch the fungus even if you just walk barefoot on the wet floor. This disease can spread through common objects, and also occur with a decrease in immunity. Infection with a fungus does not at all indicate poor human hygiene.

Alternative treatment of fungal diseases
Fungus on the toes – wash your feet well, dip your feet in strong wine vinegar. Go to bed in clean socks soaked in vinegar.
Immerse your feet in cool water, in which salt and baking soda are dissolved (1 tablespoon each). Then wash your feet with clean water.
Mix crushed mint with salt and put between the toes for about 1 hour. Repeat the process until the fungus disappears.

Fungus on the nails of the hands – brew strong coffee, immerse your hands several times in the infusion, without shaking the sediment.
Iodine. Apply 1 drop of pharmacy iodine to the affected nails twice a day. For prevention, treat neighboring healthy nails several times a week. With a positive effect of the treatment, a slight burning sensation around the nail will appear. Treatment of the fungus in this manner follows about 34 weeks.

Propolis is an excellent remedy for the treatment of fungus. Moisten a cotton pad with propolis tincture and apply to the sore nail. Fix with plaster. Repeat the procedure daily. It is possible that the diseased nail will come off, and a new and healthy one will appear instead.

Celandine. Lubricate the affected nails with fresh celandine juice three times a day for 3 months.

Onion. Rub the sore spots with onion juice or apply the grated pulp to the affected areas, fixing with a bandage. Replace with a fresh batch periodically.

Carrot juice with vinegar. Mix 1 tablespoon of fresh carrot juice and 1 tablespoon of vinegar essence. Lubricate the affected areas of the skin with a swab soaked in this composition, without affecting healthy skin.

Apple vinegar. With mycosis of the feet, you should wash your feet well in strong apple cider vinegar. Go to bed in vinegar-soaked socks, wrapping them in plastic.

In case of fungal diseases of the nails, it is necessary to break off a dry knot the length of a finger from an aspen tree, burn it, collect the ashes, mix with rye flour, then with whey and “put on this Balabushka” on a finger, wrap with a linen cloth, change when dry, keep day and night. After the treatment is completed, the roots will be exposed in the form of thin threads – remove them with tweezers.
With epidermophytosis (a fungal disease of the skin and nails), you can also soften mint with salt and put everything between your toes for an hour, repeat the procedure until the fungus disappears.
It is good to do baths for 5-10 minutes with warm water, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt per 0.5 liter of water for the feet. This helps to create an unfavorable atmosphere for the fungus, softens the skin.
Steam the legs, wipe, smear with vinegar essence, sometimes it takes 3-4 procedures.
Steam your feet for 15-20 minutes in hot soapy water from laundry soap, clean the sole with a pumice stone, wipe your feet dry, grease with cream, do this in the evening, and wash your feet with cold water in the morning, wipe them off.
Take pharmaceutical birch tar and grease the fungus, put your feet on a newspaper, sit for an hour and a half, then wipe it off, put on cotton socks, wash your feet with cold water and laundry soap in two days. After a week, wash your feet in warm water with laundry soap, wipe and grease with birch tar.
Для лечения грибкового заболевания на ногах желательно в обувь положить кусочек ватки с tar.
From burning in the soles, you can prepare an ointment: mix a tablespoon of vinegar with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and one egg. Store the ointment in the refrigerator.
This ointment is also used in folk medicine for fungal diseases, especially for cracks: one glass of sunflower oil, 25 g of wax, 1 onion, finely chop the onion, fry in sunflower oil until golden brown, remove the onion, bring the oil to a boil.
You can melt 3 church candles in 100 g of sunflower oil, mix, treats not only fungus, but corns, spurs.
You can mix 10 g of butter and 2 g of copper sulfate, smear for 7 days for the folk treatment of the fungus.
It’s not bad to make a warm bath with potassium permanganate for the feet, for 20 minutes, wipe it off and apply a gruel of 10 g of propolis and 10 g of alcohol.
It also helps if you rub lemon in the morning and evening for 10 days.
Treatment of the fungus with folk remedies will not give an instant result, it all depends on the individual characteristics of the person, his immunity and the complexity of the disease. But in no case should you stop treatment in the middle. And by the way, try walking barefoot in the morning dew in summer. This folk remedy also helps to get rid of the fungus, and many other diseases.
