Treatment of the liver with folk remedies

Treatment of the liver with folk remedies. The liver is the most important organ of the human body, which cleanses it of metabolic products and the effects of poisons. In case of violation of the liver, external influences and poisons continue to poison the body. In the liver, nutrient molecules are broken down, poisons are neutralized. It secretes bile, which is collected in the gallbladder and from there is poured into the small intestines when food is ingested.

In ancient Babylon, it was believed that the liver is an organ of malice. Indeed, a certain mental state of a person (bad mood, anxiety, envy) can delay the outflow of bile from the liver. If a person often experiences nervous excitement, he may experience compression of the ducts, which will cause stagnation of bile. Prolonged stagnation of bile in the ducts and gallbladder leads to the formation of gallstones.

Liver diseases, as a rule, are chronic, viral and acute hepatitis. In the inflammatory process, the liver's own tissue is replaced by connective tissue. A long course of the disease can lead to a large overgrowth of the liver, connective tissue and a decrease in its protective reactions, that is, to cirrhosis of the liver. The state of the biliary tract and gallbladder has a great influence on the state of the liver. If their functions are violated, there is a change in the chemical composition of bile and its stagnation, which in the future causes various diseases, for example, jaundice. In order to avoid liver diseases, it is necessary to carry out the prevention and treatment of the liver with folk remedies.

It is best to start treating the liver when the first signs of mild ailments are just beginning to appear, caused by indigestion, excessive drinking, and various poisons coming both from the outside and from the intestines. If they are neglected, then gradually, over the years, they can develop into serious diseases.

Liver disease is not easy to treat. Therefore, the number of plants used is impressive - about a hundred, of which at best there are three to four dozen at hand. And you need to choose the right plants correctly, taking into account the course of the disease and individual characteristics.

Nettle and dandelion salads (scald the grass, finely chop and season with kefir).
In addition, we advise you to eat watermelons, radishes, beets, oranges, prunes, low-fat boiled fish, half-stale bread.
On an empty stomach, it is useful to eat 2-3 tablespoons of homemade cottage cheese.

10 g rosemary herb, 5 g birch buds. 10 g of coltsfoot leaves 2 tbsp. spoons of valerian root, 20-30 g of aspen bark, 10 g of yarrow leaves (with hypertension excluded). Herbs for the liver
Milk thistle for liver treatment

In recent years there has been a resurgence of interest in milk thistle. The plant is very peculiar - with numerous white spots and stains on large glossy leaves, studded with sharp yellow spines along jagged edges. Hence his other name - sharply motley. Large baskets of lilac crimson flowers produce by autumn achenes with a tuft - yellow, shiny, with dark longitudinal spots. Milk thistle is a weed that is widespread in the southwest of Europe, in Asia Minor, in northern Africa, in North America and even in Australia, and in our country in the Caucasus, Central Asia and in the south of Western Siberia. Milk thistle seeds have long been used in folk medicine in different countries for diseases of the liver and spleen, inflammation of the bile ducts, hepatitis, gallstone disease, colitis with constipation and hemorrhoids. The seeds must be ground into powder, you can do this with a coffee grinder. Prepare a decoction: 2 tablespoons per 0.5 liter of water, evaporate over low heat by half. The remaining broth drink 1 tablespoon every hour during the day. But you can also take dry powder - 1 teaspoon 4 - 5 times a day, washed down with water, in courses of 1 - 1.5 months.

Immortelle sandy for the liver
Among the people, the most popular plant for all liver diseases was and remains sandy immortelle, equally known by a different name - sandy cumin. Immortelle does not need special recommendations. It should only be remembered that it must be collected no later than two weeks after the start of flowering. If you miss the deadline, there will be no point. With a later collection, its biological activity decreases, and the flowers crumble into dust when dried. The best time to collect is the beginning of the lunar month, noon. I would also like to make a small clarification in the dosage. The vast majority of recommendations indicate: 10 - 15 g per glass of water. You should not blindly trust the indicated grams - with meticulous weighing, they will rise on the scales in a solid slide. It is better to use a more reliable and affordable measure: 2 - 3 teaspoons per glass of water. Can be brewed like tea. But even better is steam - this is tested - a decoction works for liver diseases: 2 teaspoons of flowers per 200 ml of water, boil over low heat for 1 hour, achieving such a temperature that boiling is completely imperceptible, then immortelle is not boiled down, but evaporated by one quarter. The remaining broth to drink 50 ml 3 times a day for half an hour before meals. Soon, hepatic pain will be removed as if by hand.

Dandelion Root for Liver Treatment

In case of poisoning, take powdered dandelion root - an incomplete teaspoon 3-4 times a day shortly before meals. Usually, this remedy, when taken for a long time, treats atherosclerosis, but there is another important side - the powder enhances the excretion of harmful substances from the body, helps with toxic liver damage. Unfortunately, we pay very little attention to the healing qualities of this plant, and after all, dandelion is useful not only for liverworts, it has a positive effect on water and salt metabolism, tones the nervous system, promotes recovery processes after strokes, and experiments confirm its antitumor effect, especially in liver cancer.. Treat with dandelion and other serious diseases. In China, for example, it is prescribed for inflammation of the lymph glands. In France, it is recommended to take juice squeezed from young leaves to improve blood composition. Our domestic medicine has recognized that dandelion preparations improve the functioning of the pancreas and increase the secretion of insulin. Ancient doctors used milky juice to reduce eyesores, liver spots on the skin.

Chicory for inflammation of the liver
Chicory will save you from inflammatory liver diseases. There is nothing easier to collect stems with leaves and flowers in summer, to dig up roots in autumn. For the liver, the whole chicory plant is healing - both the roots and the aerial part. For example, pour a tablespoon of chicory herb with a glass of water, boil for 20 minutes, then strain immediately. Take 1/3 cup of decoction 3 times a day. Or pour 1-2 teaspoons of crushed chicory roots with a glass of boiling
