Auto-training for self-confidence in the morning

feel lightness and freedom in my body. I feel an abundance of strength and positive energy. I sweep away all problems. Now I start the day from scratch, I am absolutely free from fears, from extraneous influence. My new day, my life is filled with joyful events, pleasant impressions, unexpected situations that I had only dreamed about before. All my dreams come true, everything that did not work before now happens by itself. I'm lucky, I enter a new day without fear, without any doubt that it will fail, that someone will harm me and disrupt my plans.

Note that each proposed phrase does not sound in the future tense, but in the present - with your autosuggestion, you exclude any possibility of a bad course of affairs. Self-hypnosis is one of the most important stages of morning auto-training, because with the help of words it strengthens your belief that you are able to fulfill your desires, realize all your skills, strengths, life experience, fulfill everything that intuitive thinking leads you to.
Your self-hypnosis is a clear statement that success is possible, that you woke up not in vain and the new day will be better than yesterday, more significant, more interesting, more fruitful for you. Self-talk and emotional management reinforce the belief that you can achieve your goals or one big goal and point you in the direction you need to go. They force your brain to concentrate and actively participate in achieving the goal.

Repeat any of the proposed phrases several times, do it not mechanically, but concentrating on your thoughts, trying to clearly imagine in your imagination all the good things you say and think about.

Always remember that a suggestion is a positive statement formulated as something that already exists in the present.
