Tips for beginner athletes.

Finally, the day has come when you decide to exercise regularly. Many people “decide” to play sports, go to training for several weeks, or even several months and give up this activity. But this is not a serious attitude to the matter. In such a short time it is impossible to achieve serious results. So, to begin with, say to yourself, “I will be exercising regularly throughout this year.”
Here is a list of tips for beginners in this difficult business:
1) Set goals. Set goals for focus and motivation throughout the year. Achieving each goal will motivate you to continue playing sports and reach new heights. For example, set a goal to run 5 km in one breath, without stopping. After achieving this goal, raise the bar even higher.
2) Make a clear training schedule. Many people complain about the lack of time until they start planning every day. Allocate, for example, 3 days a week for sports. On each of these days, set aside 1 to 2 hours of time for your workout. It doesn’t take that much time.
3) Visualize the result. Ask yourself how you want to look on the outside. Based on this, select certain exercises. And every day imagine how you will look great after a year of regular classes. This image will be an additional motivating factor.
4) Incorporate different types of exercise into your schedule, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Alternate them. If you are new to the sport, then you should not do strength training every day, between two strength training sessions you can, for example, improve your stretching.
5) Work out with a friend or friends. The feeling of competition can serve as a great additional motivation.
6) Avoid injury. Before training, be sure to warm up, warm up, do a light stretch.
7) Take your time. Many people quit sports after a few weeks, because they don’t see the result, and the muscles hurt terribly. They want to quickly see the result, for which they “mocked” themselves for two weeks! In two weeks there will be no result, this is just the beginning of the journey. In a month you will get used to it.
8) Congratulate yourself each time you reach new goals. Remember how you looked six months ago and compare with how you look now. In six months, significant results will already be noticeable.
9) Smile. Yes, go in for sports with a smile, this process should be a joy!
