Not a question, the first option is ideal for someone, but there are also objective parameters of beauty. They weigh the same, but similar people look different, you guessed it, due to the different content of fat and muscle tissue in the body as a percentage.
It turns out that, focusing on the weight indicator, people give rise to a lot of myths about the norms of a healthy body. Conclusion: shove the floor scales further under the bed and, appreciating the beauty of your body, just look in a large mirror. If you are an adherent of accurate measurements, get a centimeter and “walk” it every morning along your beloved waist, hips, biceps, neck, after all. Who likes what. Only in pursuit of increasing or decreasing parts of your loved one, do not forget about the main indicator of beauty - proportions (it's funny to see huge deltas with "chicken" legs). Occasionally, a couple of times a month, you can stand on the scales for additional control. So, “extra” weight is a myth! Excess FAT is REAL!
