What drugs to use to strengthen joints and ligaments?

For those who have not yet encountered: most of the available drugs for the restoration (or prevention of damage) of ligaments and joints contain the so-called chondoprotectors: chondritin or (and) glucasamine.

If you look at the commercial names, then they have proven themselves best:

1) Teraflex (pharmacy drug) – good quality and, most importantly, a small number of fakes: the minimum, in comparison with other drugs, is the likelihood that it was made in a nearby basement.

2) Geladrink – has proven itself in real practice. Purchased by national teams of Russia. But there are many FAKEs on the market, so it is better to buy in specialized pharmacies that deal specifically with sports preparations and sports nutrition.

3) Kholodets [this is not a trademark, if anything :)] Its advantage is naturalness, good digestibility and tasty. Minus – vegetarians are not allowed))))))

IMPORTANT: chondritin and glucosamine are absorbed by the body only under stress.
Remember that preparations for joints and ligaments are a “repair” material for your joints and ligaments. And in order for it to reach the desired areas, physical activity is needed, therefore, using these funds for therapeutic or prophylactic purposes, you cannot remove the load. It will be more effective to reduce the weight to the limit, but increase the number of repetitions …

Good luck with your training everyone!
