Cossack eggs

Cossack eggs are a great idea for a snack or breakfast! Very easy, fast and delicious!

Preparation description:
I share with you an ancient and rare recipe for cooking Cossack eggs! These eggs are perfect for a snack or for breakfast. The dish is quite simple to prepare and does not require many ingredients, but it turns out to be very tasty and quite nutritious. Ready!

1. Cook hard boiled eggs.
2. Then we break the eggs across with a knife into two equal halves. Just be careful so that the shell does not break, but is divided in half! We will still need it.
3. Carefully, so as not to damage the shell, pick out the whites with yolks from the eggs with a spoon into a saucepan or large bowl. Set the shells aside for now.
4. Add a small piece of butter to the eggs. We crush the contents of the pan to make a crumb of proteins and yolks. Then salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
5. Stuff the egg shells with the resulting mass.
6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Put the shells stuffed with eggs into the hot oil, contents down. Lightly fry.
7. Next, put the shells with fried eggs on coasters and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
8. Serve the finished snack to the table. Enjoy your meal!

Eggs – 8 Pieces
Butter – 20 grams
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – to taste (for frying)
