Eggs for breakfast in pots

Delicious and hearty breakfast in just 15 minutes!
Sometimes you really want something tasty, fragrant and satisfying for breakfast, and most importantly fresh, and not heated in the microwave. I suggest you cook very tasty and satisfying eggs in pots. You will need 5 minutes of action and 15 minutes (maybe less) of waiting.

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS
Chicken eggs 2 pcs
Cherry tomatoes 4 pcs
Champignons 6 pcs
Cream 4 tbsp
Hard cheese 20 gr
Bacon 70 gr
Greens to taste
Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste

COOKING
Step 1. Prepare the products we need. Depending on the size of the pots, their number can be increased or decreased. The very first thing to do is turn on the oven, let it heat up to 200 C, and also put the pan to heat up.
Step 2. Cut the bacon into thin slices.
Step 3. We send the bacon to a preheated pan and fry all the fat.
Step 4. While the bacon is frying, cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Add mushrooms to crispy bacon and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. If the fat from the bacon was not enough, then add a little vegetable oil.
STEP 5. Add salt, before to taste.
Step 6. Put cherry tomatoes cut into quarters on the bottom of the bowl, 2 tomatoes in each bowl, put mushrooms with bacon on top.
Step 7. Add 2 tbsp to each bowl. l. cream (or to taste), drive in one egg at a time and sprinkle with hard cheese on top. Add salt and pepper if desired. We send it to the oven to bake at 200 C for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the desired readiness of the egg. I love when the yolk is still liquid, so 10 minutes of baking was enough for me.
Step 8. We take out our casseroles from the oven, sprinkle fresh herbs on top and serve. Enjoy your meal!
