Scrambled eggs with zucchini

A simple and quick recipe with healthy vegetables!
There are many different recipes for zucchini dishes. Have you tried scrambled eggs? In this recipe, you can use only zucchini, eggs, spices and frying oil. But you can also diversify the recipe by adding vegetables or meat products to your taste. There is already room for your imagination and the available ingredients.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS
Zucchini 1
eggs 3
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Tomatoes 1
Ham 100 gr
Green onion to taste
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

COOKING
Step 1. Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2. We wash the vegetables with running water. We clean the zucchini from the peel and seeds, cut off the stem from the tomato. Cut green onion.
Step 3. Three zucchini on a grater with large holes.
Step 4 Salt and pepper the zucchini, you can add spices that you like. Squeeze out excess liquid.
Step 5. Tomatoes and ham (or sausage, bacon) cut into cubes.
Step 6. We heat the pan, pour vegetable oil, lightly fry the ham, add tomatoes, fry for 2 minutes.
Step 7. Then add the zucchini, mix, and fry until the zucchini is ready. If you cook without tomato and ham, then immediately fry the zucchini.
Step 8. After the zucchini is cooked, level the top.
Step 9. Break 3 eggs and spread the spilled protein over the surface with a fork. If you want a whole yolk, then leave it like that. I pierced the yolks with a fork.
Step 10. Top with green onions. If you don’t like it, then don’t add it. Cover with a lid and wait until the eggs are ready. Everything! Cut into portions and transfer to saucers with a spatula. Enjoy your meal!
