Balgarian scrambled eggs

Tired of scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs? Prepare a new Bulgarian breakfast!
Morning Bulgarian dish – try it! At home, it is called Poshirani.

INGREDIENTS FOR 1 SERVING
Eggs 1 pc
Frozen vegetables 50 gr
Greens 50 gr
Olive oil 1 tsp
Spices dry to taste
Salt to taste
Water 1 tbsp

COOKING
1. Put a pot of water to boil.

2. Line the bowl with foil or a baking sleeve.

3. Lubricate the foil with oil.

4. Vegetables (different in taste – for example, bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, peas, broccoli, green beans, corn, etc., and in winter you can use a package of frozen assorted vegetables from supermarkets) cut into small cubes, chop the greens.

5. Put some vegetables, herbs, spices, salt on the bottom of the bowl.

6. Gently beat the egg on top so as not to damage the yolk.

7. Put the rest of the vegetables, herbs, spices, salt.

8. Collect the edges of the foil into a bundle and tie with a thread.

9. Dip the bunch in boiling water for 5 or 10 minutes, depending on which egg you want – soft-boiled or hard-boiled.

10. Remove the bundle from boiling water and lower it into cold water until it cools, for about 5-10 minutes.

11. Carefully unfold the foil and put the bread on a dish or on a slice of bread. You can serve with sauce, salad of cucumbers, cabbage, tomato, garnish with herbs. Enjoy your meal! And in Bulgarian Poshirani eggs, along with vegetables, herbs and spices, you can put pieces of cheese and sausages.
