“Scrambled Eggs in Tomato Bread”

➖ Black bread – 12 Slices
➖ Quail egg – 12 Pieces (or 6 chicken eggs)
➖ Tomato – 1-2 Pieces
➖ Ham – 6 Slices
➖ Olive oil – – To taste
➖ Ground black pepper – – To taste
➖ Salt – – To taste

This dish is made quite easily and it won’t take much time from you, but just imagine how your family will be delighted with such an unusual breakfast. Personally, when I cook scrambled eggs in bread with tomatoes at home, my mood always rises, but how could it be otherwise when you see such beauty.

1) Let’s start by taking six slices of bread from our twelve and carefully cut out the crumb from them so that only the outline with the crust remains.

2) Cut the tomatoes and ham into slices.

3) Lubricate the whole bread (both whole pieces and without crumb) with olive oil using a silicone brush, put the whole slices on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. We put a piece of ham on the bread, and put a slice of bread without crumb on it. In the hole where the crumb was, put a circle of tomato and break two quail eggs or one chicken into it, sprinkle the eggs with salt and ground pepper.

4) We put the form in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees and bake the scrambled eggs for 10 minutes or, if necessary, more, until the eggs set.
