Tasty and healthy thing – Cottage Cheese Pudding

You will need:
500 g cottage cheese
150 g semolina (6-7 tablespoons with a slide)
350 ml. milk
4 eggs
150 g sugar
vanillin

optional:
zest of 1 lemon
50 g raisins

Pour semolina into cold milk and stir, then cook for about 5 minutes until thick. Cool to thicken the mass.
