Cheese pancakes

Ingredients:

– Cottage cheese – 500 g
– Flour – 0.5–0.75 cups
– Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
– Sugar – 2 tbsp. l.
– Melted butter – 20–30 g
– Соль — 1/4 ч. l.

Cooking:

1. In a bowl, grind the cottage cheese well. Advice. To make cheesecakes more tender, you can rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
2. Add an egg, flour, granulated sugar and salt to taste to the curd.
3. Thoroughly mix the ingredients. The mass should be soft and not stick to your hands. If the cottage cheese is very fatty, the amount of flour during cooking can be increased.
4. Sprinkle the table or board with flour. Roll small “sausages” with a diameter of about 5 cm from the curd mass. Cut the “sausages” across into equal pieces 1 cm thick, and then roll in flour.
5. Heat the ghee in a frying pan over medium heat. Lay out the cheesecakes.
6. Fry cheesecakes until browned – 5 minutes on each side.

Ready! Serve with sour cream or jam! Yum!
